who can be depended upon to notify the Coast Guard or other rescue organization,
should you not return as scheduled. Please note that the bold items must be filled out in order to complete the submission process.
This form will store your last float plan for one year in order to simply filling out the form on subsequent visits. The 'Save Float Plan' button allows you to save the data in the form without sending the float plan. You may clear the form with the 'Clear Form' button.
